What are Laika fragrances?
Laika offers fragrances made with an oil base. Each listing identifies the scent reference.
How do I choose a fragrance?
Start with our scent families, search for a fragrance you already enjoy, or ask us for a suggestion on WhatsApp.
How do I place an order?
Choose a fragrance and bottle size, then send us a WhatsApp enquiry. We’ll confirm availability, the total, delivery and payment arrangements before you order.
What are the bottle sizes and prices?
30 ml costs R100, 60 ml costs R160 and 100 ml costs R250. Delivery is priced separately.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Contact us with your order details so we can look into it and explain the next step.

When you browse the fragrance list, searches and size selections are handled on your device. If you open an enquiry, WhatsApp or your email service handles that interaction under its own privacy terms.
When you contact Laika, you may share your name, contact details and message. If you order, we may ask for delivery details and share the information needed to deliver your parcel with the courier you choose. We use these details to reply, arrange your order and help with any issues.
